We are thrilled to unveil the culmination of our latest architectural masterpiece—the Veridia Clubhouse in Wave City, Ghaziabad. In collaboration with Wave Infratech, we embarked on a journey to redefine luxury and sophistication within the township’s landscape.

Standing as a beacon of opulence, the Veridia Clubhouse seamlessly blends functionality with unparalleled design. Nestled within Wave City’s expansive grounds, this architectural marvel spans over 30,000 sq. ft. across three floors, serving as the crown jewel of the township’s amenities.

Timeless Elegance in Design

Drawing inspiration from the grandeur of the surrounding landscape, our design team meticulously crafted every aspect of the clubhouse’s interior and façade. Towering arched fenestrations grace the exterior, exuding an aura of timeless elegance while maintaining architectural harmony.

Spatial planning was a key focus, with an emphasis on maximizing the soaring ceilings of the ground level and the axial symmetry of the central pool. Guests experience a seamless transition from the entrance porch to the reception area, culminating in a serene open-to-sky poolside oasis.

A Haven of Luxury and Wellness

The ground level offers an array of premium amenities, including:

• A banquet hall for grand celebrations
• A double-height squash court
• A tranquil poolside spa and sophisticated salon
• An indoor play area for young visitors

The upper floors house state-of-the-art fitness and recreational facilities, providing residents with a sanctuary for wellness and relaxation.

A Soft-Minimalist Aesthetic

Our design ethos embraces soft minimalism, featuring a palette of subtle pastel hues to create a serene and inviting ambiance. Architectural elements such as arches, vaults, and fluted paneling add warmth and intimacy to the space. Delicate rose-gold accents highlight key architectural features, enhancing the muted backdrop with a touch of refinement. Pristine white marble seamlessly ties the spaces together, elevating the perception of volume and openness.
